Description: If you use Gmail daily, you can centralize your business operations by configuring your corporate email (e.g., contact@yourcompany.com) inside your Gmail account. This allows you to send and receive emails using your brand directly from Google's platform, powered by Rinopixel's high-speed infrastructure.

????️ Step 1: Retrieve your connection details from Rinopixel

Before configuring Gmail, you need your technical connection details:

  1. Log in to your Rinopixel hosting control panel.

  2. Under the Email section, click on Email Accounts.

  3. Find your email address and click on Connect Devices.

  4. Keep the blue box labeled Secure SSL/TLS Settings open (you will need the Incoming Server, Outgoing Server, and Ports).

????️ Step 2: Configure Email RECEIPT in Gmail

  1. Open Gmail on your computer, click the Gear icon (top right), and select See all settings.

  2. Go to the Accounts and Import tab.

  3. Look for Check mail from other accounts and click Add a mail account.

  4. In the pop-up window, enter your full business email address and click Next.

  5. Select Import emails from my other account (POP3) and click Next.

  6. Fill in the fields exactly as follows:

Once the previous step is saved, Gmail will ask if you also want to be able to send mail from this address.

  1. Select Yes and click Next.
