Description: Are your business emails landing in the junk or spam folder? In this guide, we will show you how to activate SPF and DKIM authentication tools directly from your Rinopixel control panel. These settings validate your domain's identity with servers like Gmail, Outlook, or Yahoo, ensuring maximum deliverability for your messages.
????️ Step-by-Step Guide:
-
Log in to your cPanel: Access your Rinopixel hosting control panel using your standard credentials.
-
Find the authentication tool: Go to the Email section and click on the Email Deliverability option.
-
Identify your domain: You will see a list of your hosted domains. Find the domain you want to fix. If the status column displays Problems Exist, click on the Manage button on the right side.
-
Activate the SPF record:
-
Scroll down to the SPF section. SPF specifies which mail servers are authorized to send email on behalf of your domain.
-
If the system shows a blue button that says Install a Suggested Record, click it immediately so cPanel can automatically configure it in your DNS zone.
-
-
Activate the DKIM record:
-
Scroll further down to the DKIM section. DKIM adds a cryptographic signature to your emails, verifying that the email was not altered in transit.
-
Just like with SPF, if the suggested record option is available, click Install.
-
-
Final Verification: Once both records are installed, return to the main Email Deliverability screen. You will notice that your domain's status changes to a green message stating Valid.
???? Important Note from Rinopixel: DNS record updates can take between 2 to 4 hours to propagate across the internet. Once this process is complete, your corporate email reputation will improve significantly.
